The gym is the best in Minnesota!! & as far as treatment goes everyone has there own individual program and knows the answers to there own problems.... don’t let people’s mistakes become your problem there. do you & use the tools provided . Long term therapy works the best . Multiple long term options, long-term housing, rides to work, 100$ a month free when you sign up right away that will help you get back on your feet when you get out of the half way house. This place offers a lot of group/individual therapy with many different therapists, one of the best facilities for the public insurance in Minnesota. If your homeless & lost go get MedicalAssistance, takes couple days if your on your A game . After that schedule drug alcohol assessment & have the therapist fax over your assessment to Douglas place & that gets you in the door free. 🤗GOODLUCK #IronAddict #WelcomeToMyWorld

A new life,I got.Once I admitted n accepted I was a addict.So the denial I once held as a enabler to my addiction.Faded away n my eyes opened up to the new me.Thanks To all the staff at Douglas place!!!

Over the past 20 years I have struggled with alcohol and drug addiction I also suffer with mental health issues I have been threw several inpatient and outpatient treatment facilities along with numerous hospital stays I lost my five children and all who loved me I was alone and homeless I went to the Douglas Place in Sept of 2016 and this place changed my life I speak very highly of the Douglas Place and I owe my life to the employees here Abby Steve and Marlin made a huge impact on my life also I went through a three day very intense and very in depth seminar that I will never forget i have been sober for thirteen months I have my own apartment a job my driver's license I have my family back in my life and I just got joint custody of my children amongst many more things I have self respect goals morals values acceptance understanding I was able to forgive the unforgivable but most of all I have me and I am sober and all thanks to this place and my Creator
