Where to begin.... The energy in this place is healing and peaceful. The staff all really do care about the clients' well-being, from the counselors to the techs to the cooks. The food is freshly prepared, delicious and abundant. Between groups you're likely to enjoy fresh baked cookies and a glass of milk. How comforting is that? The surroundings are absolutely gorgeous, set on a lake in the middle of the woods, which clients are allowed to hike. Structured days, but lots of free time to enjoy whatever you like; TV and movies, board games, cards, smoking on the deck, hiking, sitting on the dock, visiting with family and friends. I just can't say enough positive things about Pine Manor. When I am having a difficult time, I think back to my stay here and am reminded of how lucky I am. I am grateful to have experienced this place.
